Jason Coggins is a respected Australian investment expert with over two decades of experience in financial services, specialising in research, asset allocation, portfolio construction and wealth strategy. Best known for his leadership role as Head of Research and Partner at Koda Capital from 2014 to 2023, he played a central part in shaping the firm's investment strategy and research capabilities from its early days.
Across his career, Jason has built a reputation for research-driven investing grounded in true diversification, high-quality manager selection and long-term, risk-aware portfolio construction. His approach is defined by rigorous thinking in sourcing investment ideas, a strong alignment between investment strategy and client goals - particularly in complex private wealth, family office and philanthropic contexts - and a disciplined, long-term perspective that looks beyond short-term market cycles towards sustainable outcomes. Known for his thoughtful insights and deep commitment to research, Jason is a highly regarded figure in Australia's wealth management and investment research community.
Graeme Bibby
Chief Investment OfficerGraeme Bibby has over 25 years investment management experience managing and advising on direct asset and fund of fund portfolios across multiple sectors including superannuation, funds management, asset consulting, insurance and wealth management. His previous experience includes Chief Investment Officer roles at Partners Wealth Group, Mutual Trust and AIA Australia Insurance.
Graeme is motivated by a strong desire to bring the best institutional quality investments to clients using a structured and thorough approach. His vast experience and networks across the investment landscape position him uniquely to do this.
Graeme is extensively qualified in finance and investments and holds an MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a Finsia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and investments.
Fraser Herd
Chief Executive OfficerFraser Herd brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with some of Australia’s largest banks and private wealth managers. He has held senior positions at Westpac Private Bank, Credit Suisse Private Bank Australia, and Macquarie, where he developed expertise in delivering bespoke financial solutions for high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Fraser’s career has focused on designing and implementing investment and distribution frameworks, enabling access to wholesale private investments both within Australia and internationally. With his wealth of experience in investment management, client relationships, and senior management roles, he is well-equipped to drive the future success of Anseres Capital.
Fraser is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Scotland) and holds a bachelor’s degree in modern languages. His diverse background and international experience will be invaluable as he leads the Anseres Capital team in delivering exceptional value to clients.
